  • We offer individual psychotherapy for adults 18+. Sessions are tailored to your needs to help you move forward and decrease burnout, stress, and anxiety with clarity and confidence.

  • I currently only accept Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum insurances.

    $200 per session. I offer 60 minute individual therapy sessions (I give you the full hour unlike most therapists [45-50 mins.] to get your money’s worth).

    If you are a Veteran, first responder, or military family members contact us for more info!

    If you have out‑of‑network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement; this is typically 60–80% per session. We can provide documentation called a “superbill” on the first of each month if you wish to submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

    Don’t worry! We have a system to help you instantly verify your benefits and submit your out-of-network claim. It’s easy peasy.

    If you’d like to check and call your insurance provider on your own, ask these questions:

    • Do I have out‑of‑network benefits?

    • If so, what is my out‑of‑network deductible?

    • How much of my out‑of‑network deductible has been met this year?

    • Once I have met that deductible, what percentage will be reimbursed for a psychotherapy session?

  • A lot of therapy is generic these days. We won’t make you sit on a couch and tell us about your childhood (unless you want to, of course)! We combine years of experience working with high-achievers and professionals to address the main culprits of burnout, anxiety, and stress. This isn’t theory, this is evidence-based care.

  • I’m currently only offering virtual therapy services. The good thing is no busy waiting rooms or long commutes for you! You can access your therapy session all from the comfort of your home (or safely parked car)! We will update this if this changes in the future.

  • A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (MD or DO degree). They are also able to prescribe you medication.

    A psychologist is a mental health professional at the doctorate level (PhD, PsyD) who holds specialized training but cannot prescribe medication.

  • Yes, I am licensed in CA and therefore only work with people living in CA.
