This is a therapy practice that goes beyond what traditional talk therapy offers.
This is a practice where high-performers, go-getters, and individuals feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck can optimize their performance, improve their health and wellness, and build resilience inside & out.
My practice was created out of a desire to offer a high-value holistic integrative therapy incorporating the BIOPSYCHOSOCIALSPIRITUAL pillars of wellness to improve your mental health.
I saw that the traditional therapy approach was often missing key components of health, especially for high achievers and professionals. As a burnout therapist and anxiety therapist I want to help you rest and feel your best.
