About The Mental Gym

The Mental Gym was created out of a desire to offer a high- value holistic therapy experience integrating nutrition, exercise,

and mindfulness to improve mental health and wellness.

The Mental Gym is a therapy practice that goes beyond what traditional talk therapy offers. We believe in incorporating evidence-based lifestyle and holistic practices to client care.

The Mental Gym is a place where high-performers, go-getters, and individuals with chronic stress can optimize performance, mental strength, and resilience.
