I'm a Socal native, Latina, and a licensed clinical psychologist by day. I specialize in all things health and wellness to help you live an authentic, healthy, and wholehearted life.
As an athlete throughout my life, I have had a lot of experience with the mindset it takes to make daily, habit changes to achieve both physical and mental well-being.
