What Will A Session With Me Look Like?
We will start with a holistic and functional assessment
Assessing mental health history, nutrition, movement, pre-existing medical conditions, hormone health, relationships and social history , and purpose/meaning in life
We will address any wellness gaps with a movement plan with mind-body exercises to increase the body’s relaxation response and lower stress response
We will provide appropriate referrals to appropriate doctors, dieticians, psychiatrists, massage therapists, and/or chiropractors in my holistic practitioner network

Once we decide to move forward, we select a day and time to meet consistently. Most clients start off with weekly therapy sessions and then over time graduate to biweekly, monthly, and so forth. Through my client portal, I’ll send over all questionnaires and consent documents that you complete before our first intake session — so we don’t waste time.
