I've spent my career at the intersection of clinical psychology and athletic performance, which means I've seen firsthand what happens when high-achievers push too hard (spoiler: nothing good). As a wife, mother, and former athlete turned wellness enthusiast, I've lived both sides of the equation—the burnout and the breakthrough.

I don’t believe in work-life balance. In fact, I believe in work-life INTEGRATION. Learning to optimize my own performance, I discovered something powerful: sustainable success isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about completely reimagining how you approach what's already there.

I lovingly call my practice, "The Mental Gym". It was created out of a desire to offer a high-value holistic therapy experience integrating the BIOPSYCHOSOCIALSPIRITUAL pillars of wellness with cognitive-behavioral therapy to improve mental health and wellness.
